Your VFS account has been restricted. Your connection is fine — it is the account itself. Unlike the rate limit, this one does not reliably clear on its own, and the route back is VFS support.
The restriction is attached to your VFS account, not to your connection. Switching network, browser or device changes nothing — the account is what is limited.
The restriction sits on the account. Logging in from another device, another browser or another network makes no difference — all of them reach the same locked account.
This is a step beyond the 429201 rate limit. Where that one pauses you for a couple of hours, this one stays until it is lifted.
Most of these codes are survivable. What turns a pause into a real problem is the reaction to it.
Error codes aside, the usual reason people are on this page is that they have been refreshing the calendar for weeks. That is the thing these limits are reacting to, and it rarely works: on the routes we watch, an opening appears roughly once in several hundred checks, at no predictable hour.
We watch it instead, and book the moment one appears. You pay after the appointment is confirmed — if nothing opens, there is nothing to pay.
